Thanks for stopping by. This blog reflects what I spend most of my time thinking about: self-realization, the mind, metaphysics, hypnotherapy, A Course in Miracles, animals, and veganism. I've pretty much been a conscious seeker since I was initiated into Transcendental Meditation at seven years old. For eighteen years I was a strict vegetarian. Three years ago I made the quantum leap to veganism and it fundamentally CHANGED-MY-LIFE. Originally from the Midwest, I currently live in Los Angeles where I have a full-time practice as a hypnotherapist. I teach workshops on hypnosis, healing, and A Course in Miracles (my spiritual path since 1985). I also consider myself an activist. I am a contributing writer for online magazines, such as The Green Dove. And I much prefer writing blog posts than finishing the oh-so-close-to-being-done book I've been working on called, You're Already Hypnotized: A Guide to Waking Up.
In his autobiography, My Experiments with Truth, Gandhi says, "Writing (this autobiography) is one of the experiments with truth. One of its objects is certainly to provide some comfort and food for reflection." That sums up how I feel about this blog. It's an extension of my search for truth. I don't know how much comfort I can provide, but I hope to offer some food for reflection. And I welcome yours.
