I'm trying to live a better life. What does that mean? It means I'm trying to live up to my potential. I'm trying to create the best version of me that I can, at this age and in this point of my life with what I have and know. And I want to encourage you to do the same. It doesn't mean doing any of these things perfectly, it just means that we are making conscious small choices however we can. For instance, you probably already know that I am vegan, but it may surprise you that I'm not a health nut. That is the area I am trying to change the most by choosing healthy alternatives rather than satiating a craving.
