Cynthia's Favorite Vegan Things: February

This month I am highlighting some of my favorite condiments.

1. Parma! Vegan Parmesan

 
 

I've tried a couple of other vegan parmesan cheeses on the market and this is my favorite. And it's raw! I like to sprinkle it on pasta. It has a great nutty kind of flavor. And so good for you!

Parma! is an excellent food source of Omega 3's, B vitamins, including B12, 

protein, and trace minerals. Parma! is very low in sodium and it is considered a super food. 

2. Better than Bouillon: No Chicken Base

 

We go through jars of this like crazy. They also have a Vegetable Base and a No Beef Base. I promise you will not be able to tell the difference between "real" chicken base and this one. In fact, I really think you will like this even better. Give it a try!

3. Just Mayo

Just Mayo is new to the market and it beats "real" mayo hands down, very creamy and no spoiled egg smell and taste! It's made by Hampton Creek Foods, an awesome company that creates plant-based options. (Bill Gates is an investor.)
