Digital Download files give you the flexibility to use Cynthia Morgan’s hypnotherapy sessions on your Apple iPod, iPhone or Smartphone, or any MP3 player wherever and whenever you choose, and within the privacy of your own personal space. They are instantly downloadable, making them immediately available for you to begin healing today. These instructions will show you how to correctly download your hypnotherapy MP3 order and sync it to your iTunes, or whichever software you use.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: These recordings can be purchased from a computer or a mobile device (iPad, iPod, iPhone, Smartphone, etc.). Once purchased, you will receive an email with a 24 hour access link to your download(s). If you purchased All 47 Hypnotherapy Downloads, the link never expires. If you are on a computer, clicking the Download link will download your purchase onto your computer. If you are on a mobile device, clicking the Download link should start playing the recording immediately (depending on your internet capability and speed), but it will not download it onto your device. Because the link expires in 24 hours, we recommend opening the email on your computer, clicking the link from there, downloading your new MP3 download(s) onto your computer. If you have iCloud, it will automatically sync to your listening devices. If you don’t have iCloud, then manually transfer it, sync it, or even message it to your mobile device. That way, your new download will always be available on your computer and your listening device. Recordings cannot be downloaded straight to your mobile listening device, but they can be listened to from your mobile device immediately after purchase for 24 hours. When you find the hypnotherapy download(s) you would like to purchase, click “Add To Cart.”
On that same page, you will then see your item reflected in the shopping cart on the upper right and throughout the website. When you are ready to check out, click on "Cart."
The next page is Shopping Cart. If the information is correct, click “Checkout.”
The next page is Checkout. First, enter Contact information, which is your email address and optional phone number. Make sure to type in your current correct email address because your download purchase will be sent to that email address. If you are using a coupon code enter it on this page at anytime during your checkout. After entering your email address, click “Continue.”
Next you will see Terms of Service. Please read through the Terms of Service and check "I agree" and then click "Continue."
Next is Billing. Enter your payment information, and then click “Submit Order.”
You will see Order Confirmed with the link to your new digital downloads, with the exception of a purchase of "All 47 Hypnotherapy Downloads." (If you purchased All 47 Hypnotherapy Downloads, please skip to #14.)
Check your email and you will automatically receive two emails. One titled "New Order Confirmed" and the other titled "Your Digital Downloads for Order."
You will find your receipt in the “New Order Confirmed” email.
You will find a link to your new digital downloads in "Your Digital Downloads for Order" email.
Click the link and the download process will automatically begin. Download speed will vary. For a cable Internet connection, it is approximately one to three minutes per audio file, longer for bundles. These hypnotherapy digital downloads are not suitable for a dial-up Internet connection.
If you purchase single downloads, they will be in your "Downloads" folder. Click on the download you want to listen to and if you have the latest Apple Software and version of iTunes, it will automatically upload into your iTunes Music Library and start playing. Make sure the sound is up on your computer. You can skip the next step.
If you purchase a bundle of downloads, you will receive a .Zip file. Click on the .Zip file and it will open a folder that includes your downloads. Click on the download you want to listen to and if you have the latest Apple Software and version of iTunes, it will automatically upload into your iTunes Music Library and start playing. Make sure the sound is up on your computer. You can skip the next step.
If you purchase all 47 downloads, check your email and you will automatically receive an email titled "New Order Confirmed" which contains a password and a link to a password protected webpage where you will enter the password and gain access to your downloads. Follow the instructions on that page. Please note: Download speed will vary. For a cable Internet connection, it is approximately one to three minutes per audio file. These hypnotherapy digital downloads are not suitable for a dial-up Internet connection. Steps #15 and #16 apply to downloading the MP3s onto your computer.
If you do not have the latest Apple Software and iTunes, or if you are a PC user, the download file will automatically download into your downloads folder on your computer. (If you are a PC user and a window pops us that asks you if you would like to open or download the file, click “download.”) You may need to search your computer for your downloads folder or you can search your computer for the file name, such as “Calming Beach.” For Mac users without the latest Apple Software, once it has downloaded you will need to locate your file and import it to your iTunes Library. If you know the dragging system, you can drag it into your iTunes folder, or you can open iTunes and go to “File" > "Add File to Library." Locate where you saved the file and it will be imported into your iTunes.
To listen to your hypnosis session on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod, if you have iCoud, it will automatically sync your device to your computer and the download will automatically transfer to your listening device. If you have another type of MP3 player, follow the instructions for your specific listening device. It should be similar. You can also burn the file to a CD if you are using a CD player.
